GBCE, is an award winning green building consultancy firm based in Bangkok. As green building consultants, we are proud to have worked on large scale projects such as Suvarnabhumi terminal 2, U-Tapao airport, Eco districts in Mongolia or high end branded hospitality projects.
Our mission is focused on three key components:
- Consulting and Engineering: We start by offering expert consulting services for building design and optimization. Whether it’s a new development or an existing property, we help improve energy efficiency, water usage, air quality, material selection, and green procurement. We guide clients through the process of obtaining sustainability certifications such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), ensuring buildings meet the highest environmental standards while delivering long-term operational benefits.
- Advocacy: We are committed to raising awareness about the urgent need for climate action and sustainability in the built environment. Through public talks, professional conferences, and guest lectures at universities, we educate and inspire stakeholders to adopt sustainable building practices and contribute to global climate goals.
- Capacity and Ecosystem Development: We accelerate the transition to sustainable, smart, and healthy buildings and cities by building capacity and fostering ecosystems for sustainability. This includes:
- Organizing seminars for property developers, offering expert insights on market trends, regulations, and financial incentives, along with real-world case studies on sustainability practices.
- Hosting multi-sector B2B events that showcase cutting-edge sustainable solutions, highlighting their impact on business performance—such as improved corporate image, employee engagement, customer loyalty, supply chain efficiency, and overall profitability.
