Bangkok, Thailand – 12 March 2025: As April approaches, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok invites guests to get ready to enjoy a series of exciting new dining offerings. The hotel’s team of chefs is committed to crafting memorable experiences with specially curated dishes, encouraging guests to enjoy their time with loved ones while sharing delicious food.
WHAT’S ON AT THE DINING ROOM
Songkran Reunion Buffet
The Thai New Year, Songkran, is a time when families reunite and strengthen their bonds through social activities and a good meal. In celebration of this auspicious occasion, Executive Chef David Senia and his team have created a reunion buffet showcasing Thailand’s diverse culinary traditions, with comfort foods and specialities from all regions of Thailand. A special highlight is Khao Chae, an ancient royal dish that is now a staple among the Thai people. It is served with traditional side dishes, including deep-fried shrimp paste balls and fried shredded pork or beef. The buffet will be available from 13 to 16 April 2025 for both lunch and dinner, with prices starting at THB 1,650++ per person.
Mango Mania
Thai mango season lasts from March to July, making it the ideal time to indulge in a wide variety of sweet, ripe and fragrant fruits. The buffet offers an enticing selection of mango-inspired dishes, including salads, curries and decadent desserts like creamy cheesecake, sticky rice and smoothies. The promotion will take place every weekend throughout April 2025.

Easter Brunch
Celebrate Easter Sunday, 20 April 2025, at the Dining Room, serving a lavish brunch featuring Asian and Western cuisine. Guests can enjoy hot and cold selections, carving stations, à-la-minute dishes and a dessert bar filled with all the sweets to satisfy any craving. Kids will be thrilled by an assortment of chocolate treats and will have fun painting Easter eggs. The buffet is priced at THB 2,450++ per person.
AN UNFORGETTABLE THAI SUMMER AWAITS AT ERAWAN TEA ROOM
Khao Chae
Festival Khao Chae is a favourite cooling dish in April. As the temperature soars, the chefs at Erawan Tea Room prepare this delightful dish using premium organic rice steeped in ice water infused with the scent of jasmine flowers. The rice is accompanied by an elaborate display of signature side dishes, including Luk Kapi (deep-fried shrimp paste balls), Chai Pou Wan (stir-fried turnip), Hom Yad Sai Tord (deep-fried stuffed fish balls), Prik Yuak Sord Sai (stuffed prawns), fried shredded pork or beef and an assortment of beautifully carved vegetables. Available at Erawan Tea Room throughout April and priced at THB 599++ per set.
For guests looking to boost their daily intake of fruit and vegetables easily and quickly, there are two delicious signature smoothies of the month. The Duo Smoothie and the Sea Summer Smoothie are prepared with organic, wholesome ingredients and exotic fruits such as Thai Marian plums, lime, mango and pineapple.
Summer Afternoon Tea
The quintessential joy of Erawan Tea Room's new afternoon tea can be enjoyed as an indulgent pastime on a calm tropical afternoon. The 'Summer Afternoon Tea' offers an array of sweets and savouries, where colourful and dainty treats are a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
Drawing inspiration from Thai traditions, the menu showcases a tapestry of exotic flavours such as Kanom Krok pancakes made with coconut milk, Por Pia Goong (shrimp spring rolls) and Chor Phaka Krong, a delicacy filled with mung bean paste artfully shaped into beautiful dahlias.
The Summer Afternoon Tea is available daily from 1 March to 31 May 2025, from 14:30 hrs. to 17:30 hrs. and priced at THB 800++ per set, inclusive of tea and coffee.
INDULGENT EASTER TREATS AT ERAWAN BAKERY
Find the perfect gift for the family with an assortment of bespoke and beautifully decorated Easter chocolate eggs, available in milk, white and dark chocolate options. There is also a range of indulgent treats, including the delicious Chocolate Mint drink, prepared with fresh mint and the smooth sweetness of chocolate. The promotion runs from 1 to 20 April 2025.
THAI SUKI AT YOU&MEE
Thai Suki is a gathering of friends and family centred around a hotpot meal. There are three variations, each offering a delightful twist.
Sukiyaki is the traditional hotpot style, where everyone at the table cooks in a shared pot filled with pork, chicken, prawns, squid, noodles, fish balls and vegetables. Suki Hang is a stir-fried version that combines noodles and ingredients to achieve a smoky wok flavour. Lastly, Suki Nam features ready-to-eat noodles and condiments served together in individual bowls.
A special housemade dipping sauce will be served together with the meal. You&Mee offers all three versions throughout the day, from 11:30 hrs. to 21:00 hrs., from 1 April to 30 June 2025.
WINE & TAPAS BOARD AT BAR@494
Spend an evening in a cool and welcoming space at BAR@494, and enjoy a wide selection of wines, cocktails, and beers. Our tapas board features European and globally inspired delicacies, crafted with the finest ingredients hand-selected by our chefs.
