New Chef's Table at Flourish restaurant

Bangkok, 26 September 2024 – Flourish restaurant at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, the proud recipient of the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, presents the New Chef’s Table experience by Chef Chatsorn Pratoomma, Executive Sous Chef. 

Chef Chatsorn Pratoomma has worked her way up in kitchens in Asia and Europe and after introducing the best of Thai flavours to foreign palates, she is back home to excite diners with her inimitable style.  

As Executive Sous Chef of Sindhorn Kempinski's, she has created a new Chef's Table menu that combines the freshest and finest ingredients presented with a master's elegant touch.  

The six-course offering starts with appetisers to wake up the taste buds. Enjoy Khao Kreab Pla, homemade fish cracker with roasted chilli paste and follow by deconstructive Tom Kha with scallop and mushroom and Kaeng Phet Ped Yang or Jasmine rice with duck croquettes.  They are followed by intermediate as Poo Shon Ros or blue crab with pickle cucumber and citrus gel, and soup as Pho Taek or cod fish and seafood ravioli with herb broth.   

After the Lemongrass Granite with pineapple compote to cleanse the palate comes Kaeng Moo Cha Muang (Jantaburi style), Kurobuta pork loin with cowa leaf and Jantaburi curry, served with Yum Bai Cha Muang, spicy salad with cowa leaf, chilli paste dressing and coconut flake.

This course come along with Khao Klong Hor Bai Bau, baked Jasmine brown rice with grains served in the lotus leaf.   Ending the culinary treat is Lychee Kulab, white chocolate with lychee flavour staff with rose-vanilla cream and lychee jelly, served with yuzu gel.
