[FTCC Recap] Bridging Cultures, Building Success! 🌏
On 20 November 2024, the FTCC Cross-Cultural Leadership Workshop brought together 10 Thai and foreign professionals from renowned organizations like the ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Thailand, EssilorLuxottica, Decathlon Thailand, and OnTheList.
Led by two exceptional trainers, Jean-Francois Cousin (Global Executive Coach and former Managing Director in Thailand) and Sukanya Uerchuchai (Honorary Member and former Executive Director, Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce), this workshop aimed to create mutual understanding and collaboration across cultures.
It was inspiring to see everyone share, learn, and laugh together while gaining tools to thrive in cross-cultural environments. Here's to fostering stronger connections and collaborations! 🙌✨🇹🇭✨
