An insightful workshop to learn more about engineering field in Thailand

This workshop proposes to review the main challenges faced by companies to find and develop the suitable engineers to prepare for the challenges of Thailand 4.0 and share more than 20 ways to address these challenges.

At the end of the workshop, the participants will:

• Main HR issues, challenges concerning Thai engineers

• Individual action plan to address priority issues
