Clément Palos primarily advises European and French-speaking clients on their activities in the Asia-Pacific region with a particular focus on Thailand and the Mekong area. He focuses on general contractual and corporate work across a range of industries and has a particular interest in the natural resources and agribusiness sectors.

Clément Palos studied law at the University of Montpellier and Paris V. He holds a LL.M from the University of Durham and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013. Before joining Luther in 2021, Clément worked for international law firms in France where he developed an expertise on mining projects in Africa. He also worked with an international law firm in Laos, assisting foreign investors with their projects in the country.
