Kodchakorn Kum-iemDirector - Legal

Kodchakorn is director in Mazars Thailand who joined the Firm in 2003.  She is active in the commercial laws.

Her experience extends to providing a broad range of legal advice on various types of joint venture agreements, foreign investment laws, corporate structuring/restructuring, commercial contracts, Mergers and Acquisitions and registration and licensing requirements.

She has been involving in working for domestic and multinational clients in variety of business activities; including manufacturing, trading, services, e-commerce, etc.

She is also experienced in obtaining business licenses, e.g. recruitment license and factory license.  She provided company secretarial services for a reputation public listed company. 

Focusing on the investment laws, she succeeded obtaining number of investment promotions.
