She specializes in cross border M&A and joint ventures, including post-acquisition integration and restructuring for various industries such as healthcare, automotive, logistics, chemicals, including pest control. She also has extensive experience advising multinational companies from Europe, the US and Asia on corporate structures and foreign investment laws.
