CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) is THE new methodology used by the benchmarks to succeed in R&D, Industrial, and even transversal projects!

We propose you a very unique experience, through an exclusive game, to experiment the direct benefits of this methodology.

The game will allow you to understand each step of CCPM practice, compare with the standard way to design and roll-out projects, and see the huge difference between the 2.

During 5 to 6 hours you will be immerged in a development project, with a challenging team goal to meet the QCD:

• Each member of the team holds a role, and the team organises itself to succeed
• Once the planning designed, you play it, with some of the usual hazards you face on the real life

• Then, you plan it one more time, using CCPM principles
• The second play have you discover instantly the benefits of the method
